Childhood Immunisations
Our Health Visitors are responsible for the immunisation programme within the Practice. If you would like further advice about this, the doctor, nurse or health visitor will be happy to discuss it in more detail.
Family Planning
Confidential contraceptive advice is available. Patients requiring advice about this should speak to the doctor or nurse or contact the Sexual Health Services on 0300 303 0251.
Antenatal Care
When your pregnancy is first confirmed by a home test, you should contact 01698 759020 to arrange an appointment to see the midwife.
Long-Term Condition(s) Management
If you are living with a long term health condition you will be invited to attend for a review in the month of your birth every year.
