If you are making an appointment regarding a skin condition, the receptionist may ask you to send an image so that the doctor can see this before your telephone consultation to assist with their diagnosis. Please ensure these are sent well in advance of your appointment.

Make sure any photograph is well lit and if taken on a mobile phone, please use the rear facing camera and not the selfie camera, as these tend to be of a better quality.
We do ask that you:
Attach your name, date of birth and address to the email
Do not send in any unsolicited images
Do not send in any inappropriate images
