Please note that with immediate effect you will no longer be able to collect prescriptions from the practice.
Please liaise with a pharmacy of your choice for collection of your prescription and let us know below in additional notes
Repeat Prescriptions
If you are on regular medication, your doctor may arrange for you to obtain repeat prescriptions. A computerised slip will be given to you along with your prescription, and you should use this to request future repeat items. Please either post or hand in your computerised slip to the surgery, or complete the online request below.
Please allow 48 hours before collection and an extra day or two if you are collecting from a Pharmacy.
Please make allowances for weekends and public holidays. We are happy for you to collect your prescription from the practice, or post it to you if you include a stamped addressed envelope. You can also arrange for your chemist to collect it for you.
We also offer an online repeat prescription service by completing the attached form below. Please note that only items on your repeat order form can be obtained by this method. Please state how you are going to collect your prescription. You can either;
- Collect from Boots Pharmacy, 123 Ferry Road, Edinburgh
- Collect from an “other” pharmacy, please state which pharmacy in the additional notes box. Please note that you will need to have an arrangement with your pharmacy to collect this from us on your behalf. You will have to arrange this with them directly.
- Post – SAE required. You can send these to us in advance.
