Methods of ordering your Repeat Prescriptions
Patients on repeat medication need an annual medication review. This will usually be a telephone appointment with the Practice Pharmacist. The date your medication review is due is on your repeat prescription slip. In some cases, this review may also be done by a doctor or nurse practitioner.
If your medication review is due and you have not arranged an appointment, we will contact you either by phone or text message with a link to book. It is important to have a medication review, to ensure the safe and effective prescribing of your repeat medicines and to avoid any unnecessary delays or reduced quantities on further prescriptions.
