Appointments
Try to attend punctually for your appointments. Unfortunately if you are late we may have to rearrange your appointment.
Attendance
Missed appointments present a problem to the practice as the wasted appointments could have been used by another patient. Please remember if you can’t attend your appointment cancel it.
Respect
We expect patients to treat our staff and other members of the public courteously and be polite at all times. We also expect patients to treat our premises well. Where such expectations are not met issues will be addressed and patients may be asked to leave and the police may be called.
Shared Decision Making
The Practice is committed to ensuring that patients are given all the treatment options available to them, along with the benefits and risks to come to a decision together about the management of their condition
