From 1st December 2014, the surgery started undertaking a friends and family test (FFT) for our patients.
FFT is a feedback tool that supports the fundemental principle that people who use the NHS services should be given the opportunity to provide feedback on their experience at the surgery which can be used to improve our services.
We are asking our patients to complete the short questionnaire below to provice this feedback.
