Patient Services
All repeat prescriptions are managed on computer and there is also a record in each patient’s file. A computer slip is issued to all patients on regular medication and should be used when ordering your next prescription.
Please note it is practice policy to issue only two months’ prescription at any one time.
Other Ways to Order Your Prescriptions
- In person Hand your reorder slip into the surgery with the required items clearly marked and put into the white prescription box in the front foyer.
- By post Send it to us with a stamped addressed envelope if you want us to post it back to you.
- By email TAY.arbroathmcprescriptions@nhs.scot
- Online you can now sign up for our Patient Online service to can order their prescription online. You can pick up a form from the practice or contact us via telephone to set up your account.
CMS / Serial Prescribing
With serial prescribing we can now issue the chemist with a years worth of your medication; using this system you simply have pick up your prescription every 2 months from the chemist without needing having to re-order from us.
