Prescriptions

Repeat Prescriptions

Patients can order repeat prescriptions due within the next seven days using the online service via the link at the top of this page. In order to access the service you can register on the NHS app. You can use your passport or driving licence to register for access to medical records through the app

Alternatively click here to download the form to register to use the service. Please post the completed form into the surgery. You will need to bring either a valid passport or driving licence along with you to register and your photograph will be taken quickly at the surgery and added to your medical records, this will allow for extra security for all our patients. You will then be issued with a username and password by reception staff. ( we are unable to complete this process at present due to COVID 19 restrictions to services)

Repeat prescriptions can also be requested in the following ways:

  • Email requests can be sent to [email protected] – please note this email address is for prescription requests only.

Repeat prescriptions can not be ordered over the phone.

These should be requested 48 hours in advance if possible and can then be collected from Monday to Friday after 13:00. Requests for certain medication/prescriptions (items only deemed urgent by the doctor) during surgery hours will not be refused, but patients seeing the doctor for other health matters have priority; therefore you may have to wait.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
