Covid-19 Vaccination Programme

Our vaccination centre is at the Nursery Lane Medical Centre.

We understand this may not be convenient for all our patients and we are working hard to accommodate everyone, however this is a National Programme on a vast scale and due to the logistics of delivery, storage, safety, parking, social distancing and many other factors, we are running this project centrally with our PCN.

Caritas Group Practice are working with the North Halifax Primary Care Network to provide the Covid-19 Vaccine.

These will be carried out at: Nursery Lane Medical Centre, Halifax, HX3 5TE

Please note: you do not need to ring the surgery to book this, the order in which the vaccine will be
given is directed by government guidance and you will be called when you become eligible for the
vaccine.

You do not need to contact the surgery to book the vaccination, as you will be called according to the priority list which can be found below.

Make sure you are fit to fly with our PCR test and fit to fly certificates.

This is a private service at a cost of £130.
