Making an Appointment
When you or your loved ones are not well, the last thing you need is the stress of trying to get through to your surgery.
So we’ve tried to make it as simple & convenient as possible for you.
When you call the surgery, our reception team will ask you some simple questions to get you booked in with the right person.
All our appointments are initially a telephone consultation with a clinician and then booked appropriately depending on the information you give.
Cancel/Change An Appointment
It’s fine to change your mind.
If you don’t need your appointment or you can’t make it to your appointment, simply call us to make changes.
Please note that we do monitor non-attendance and we may call you to discuss non attendance.
