Urgent Appointments

To request an urgent appointment for today (Monday to Friday):

  • Use our appointment request form, available to complete 24 hours a day, however we will only respond during surgery hours 8am – 6pm Monday – Friday.  We aim to respond to your request as quickly as possible during our opening hours and you can expect contact within 5 hours.
  • Phone us on 01924 552200, Monday to Friday 8am – 6pm
  • Visit the surgery and speak with a patient support co-ordinator, Monday to Friday 8am – 6pm

When you get in touch, we will ask what you need help with.  Our trained staff will offer advice, under the direction of the GPs, to ensure you see the most appropriate doctor, nurse or health professional to help you.

Routine appointments

To request a routine appointment in the next 14 days:

Cancelling or changing an appointment

To cancel your appointment:

  • our NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
  • using the GP online system – SystmOnline
  • phone us on 01924 552200, Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm
  • reply CANCEL to your appointment reminder text message

Evening and Weekend Appointments

Evening and weekend appointments are now available to be booked via reception and will be offered to all patients.
