Tackling Health Inequalities

In our ongoing effort to address health inequalities, we are excited to announce another important community outreach event at Guru Nanak Gurdwara, Prospect Street Springwood, Huddersfield, HD1 2NX.

This free session aims to raise awareness about the health disparities affecting our community and promote available access to vital health screenings and services.

Join us on Sunday, 27th October 2024, from 11am – 1pm, for an engaging discussion and information about proactive health screening, including cervical, bowel, and breast screenings, as well as NHS health checks. Our aim is to empower community members with the knowledge and resources they need to prioritise their health.
