Enhanced service for quicker support

Patchs is an online consultation service that will help you communicate with your GP more quickly. You just need to answer a few simple questions and we will respond to you by email, SMS, and PATCHS app.

Extended evening and weekend access

Ask our team for an extended access or late evening appointments when booking. Extended access appointments are available until Thursday 8pm and 6:30pm on Fridays with weekends availability*

The Grange accepts registrations from patients in Huddersfield and the surrounding areas.
Those who live outside the practice boundary and want to register with us, should be aware that they may not be eligible for home visits, and the availability of some services may vary for them.

No need for proof of address, immigration status, ID, or NHS number.
The registration process will take only 15 minutes to complete.
It is designed and run by the NHS, so your personal information is safe and secure.

Register offline

Download and Print the Registration Form and complete with only using BLACK INK.
Provide as much information as possible to help us obtain your medical records quickly.
A form of Photo ID is helpful but not necessary.
You will be asked to sign the form to confirm that all details are correct.
