Ways to order your repeat prescription
Online
The easiest way to order a repeat prescription is to register for online services, to find out more please Click Here.
Simply log in to the online portal and visit the medication section. You can select the prescription items you would like to order, the request will then be sent straight to us here at the practice. If the medication you require is not on your repeat prescription, you can type in your request to ask for this. Your prescription will then be automatically sent to your chosen pharmacy.

NHS App
If you have a smart phone or tablet, why not download the NHS App? You can order prescriptions from the app when and where it is convenient for you. Your prescription will then be automatically be sent to your chosen pharmacy.

In person
You can call into practice to order your medication by speaking to our reception team. Please ensure you know the names of the medication you would like to request.
Pharmacy
You can use your pharmacy to order your medications by calling their usual telephone number or by calling in to see them with your request.

Please note we are unable to accept repeat prescription requests by telephone
Medication reviews
If you are on repeat medications, you will require an annual medication review. This will involve a consultation with a clinician and possible tests such as blood pressure or blood tests. Please make sure you attend this appointment to ensure your medications continue to prescribed safely.
