Opening Times Information

For clarification the phones open at 8.00am, all patients attending appointments should use the self arrival screen to notify us of your arrival. For queries, reception front desk opens at 8.15am.

If you require medical assistance when we are closed please ring NHS111 on 111 who can provide medical assistance during this time and if required connect to you to GP Out of Hours Service. For emergency medical treatment such as chest pain, breathing difficulties etc please ring 999.

You can also access medical advice from any of our local chemists.

You should only attend A & E or telephone 999 in a genuine emergency.

* We close at 12pm one afternoon of each month (except August and December) for Clinical and Staff training.

Online Patient Triage should only be used for routine enquiries – please do not use this for urgent matters. If your matter is urgent please call the surgery on 01937 842842 between 8am and 6pm or if you are seriously unwell call 111 or in an emergency call 999.

**Please also be aware that if you are wanting to book an appointment with a GP or a Nurse, Online Patient Triage is for ROUTINE appointments ONLY.**
