On World Mental Health Day, let’s all come together to talk about mental health and show everyone that mental health matters. Talking about our mental health can help us cope better with life’s ups and downs. So, on World Mental Health Day and beyond it, why not check in with your friends, family, peers, or colleagues?

The official theme set by the World Federation of Mental Health, this year, is “It is time to prioritise mental health in the workplace”. The day will bring awareness to tackling poor mental health and burnout at work.

From employers to employees, executives to managers, everyone must unite in educating ourselves and one another to recognise the signs of poor mental health and provide mutual support so that we can create healthier, more resilient workplaces where mental wellbeing is a priority for all in the UK.

By addressing workplace burnout on this World Mental Health Day, we can create a more productive, engaged, and fulfilled workforce. A mentally healthy workplace is a thriving workplace.
