PATIENT INFORMATION 🚨🚨🚨

We have now introduced the self booking feature on PATCHs, once our Care Navigation team have triaged your request you will be sent a link to book your appointment if you need to see a GP. We hope by introducing this feature we will reduce DNAs and give patients more choice.
