GP Appointments
Arranging a GP appointment.
What are my options?
- Online Booking using SystmOnline – There are limited online appointments available to book from 08:00 am for on the day GP telephone consultations only.
- E Consultation – Complete a simple form about your problem. One of our GPs will decide on the best treatment for you and respond to your request.
- Home Visits – Housebound patients only are able to request a GP home visit. Patients or carers must contact the practice before 10:00 am for a visit on the day. All patients will be contacted firstly by a GP.
- Contact our Reception Team by telephone to arrange your appointment.
Arranging a Nurse or HCA Appointment
Limited Appointments for Blood Tests and Cervical Smear Tests are available to use the Online Booking System.
Patients must contact our Reception Team to arrange any other services provided by our nursing team:
Arranging a Pharmacist Appointment
What are my options?
- Contact the Reception team by telephone to arrange your Pharmacist Appointment.

Arranging a Midwife Appointment
Arranging your first Midwife Appointment
If you have recently found out that you are pregnant, you should arrange your first appointment with the midwife at 6-8 weeks of pregnancy.
- To arrange your first appointment, you should contact our Reception Team by Telephone.
Further Midwife Appointments
After your first Midwife appointment, your midwife will advise you when you need to arrange your next appointment.

LIVI Service will end on the 19th February 2021.
If you are late for your Appointment?
Please attend your appointment on time, if you are late you may not be seen. If you are not seen you will not be able to rearrange your appointment until the next working day except in the event of a medical emergency that requires immediate attention.
Need an Interpreter?
If you require an interpreter to attend with you when you see your Doctor please notify the receptionist and she will arrange this for you.
Cancelling your Appointment
It is important that you inform the reception staff if you are unable to attend your appointment, this will allow that appointment to be offered to another patient. If you fail to notify the Practice that you are unable to attend, you will be sent atext message informing you that you have defaulted from your appointment. Persistent defaulters may be removed from the list.
