New telephony system update

We understand that patients can have difficulty reaching the practice by phone at peak times.

We have been working to complete installation of our new telephony system (as previously announced), for which we had been given a ‘go live’ date of April. Much of the equipment is already in the practice, but cabling work is required to complete the installation. This has had an extended delay due to factors beyond our control, namely funding/financial discussions between the contractor and our Integrated Care Board. We have been working to resolve this and have made some headway over the past week.

We would like to thank our patients for your patience and support, and we hope to be able to share a further update in the near future.
