Appointments

All patients may request a chaperone for any consultation, examination, or procedures.

A clinician may request a chaperone, but this will be discussed with you at your consultation.

All our Chaperones are fully trained and are members of the Practice team.

If you wish to have a chaperone, please tell us when you book your appointment so that arrangements can be made.

You can also request this service at any point during your consultation.

Home visits are strictly for patients who are seriously ill and whose medical condition prevents them from attending the surgery. Please note that the doctor can see six patients at the surgery in the time it takes to do one home visit.

Please attend your appointment on time, if you are late you may not be seen. If you are not seen you will not be able to rearrange your appointment until the next working day-except in the event of an medical emergency that requires immediate attention.

We have a texting service which allows you to receive confirmation and reminders about your appointments.

To have this service you will need to register by completing a consent form.
