Please allow at least 48 hours from request on a weekday

Prescriptions can be requested after 10 am when the phones are quieter. You can also request your prescription at the reception desk when you attend the surgery.
Via the NHS App – Owned and run by the NHS, the NHS App is the most simple and secure way to access a range of NHS services on your smartphone or tablet. The NHS App is available now on iOS and Android.
NHS Online Login – You can view your current repeat medication and order the items you require. This is for patients who have a NHS login.

If you need medication that is not on your repeat prescription list you will need to make an appointment to see the doctor.

Prescriptions are sent electronically to your preferred Pharmacy, some prescriptions can be picked up from Charles Berry House.

Please allow 48 hours from receipt of your request before collecting your repeat prescription (excluding weekends).
