Change to Repeat Prescription Ordering Time

Due to continual problems with deliveries from suppliers and to align the dispensary with local pharmacies, with effect from 1st January 2024, the dispensary will be asking for 4 working days’ notice from ordering your repeat prescriptions to collection. Repeat prescriptions can be ordered up to 10 days in advance.

If we have a mobile telephone number for you, we will send you a text message when your prescription is ready for collection.

You can order your repeat prescription in a variety of ways including:

  • online (via NHSapp or SystmOnline)
  • dropping off your repeat prescription slip
  • leaving a message on the repeat prescription line which is available 24/7 – 01522 754649.
