New Telephone System

The practice will be going live with its new telephone system on Friday 2nd August 2024, so please be patient with our staff whilst they become familiar with the new system and functions. We are hoping that the changeover will go seamlessly.

The new system is specifically designed for GP practices and will continue to have the call back option that has been popular since we introduced it a few months ago.

Once on the new telephone system, all calls will be recorded for training and monitoring purposes.
