New Pilot of Heidi

Over the coming months we will be piloting a new piece of software called Heidi. This is a digital “scribe” for note taking during consultations. These “AI scribes” have been shown to improve the accuracy of documentation, provide better documentation of the “patient view”, as well as free up clinician time to better focus on our patients rather than our computers!

Your recording is temporarily held by Heidi (still in the UK and governed by GDPR) and deleted after a maximum of 24 hours.

It is optional, so if we are using this software during the clinic you will be asked to give your consent at the start of the consultation. You can decline and will not affect the care we give you.
