We are always looking for ways to improve patient care, and we are introducing a new protocol to ensure that anyone with urinary symptoms gets the right care, in the right place, at the right time.
As part of this, our reception team will ask a few quick questions when you request an appointment for urinary symptoms. This helps us direct you to the most appropriate clinician as efficiently as possible.
To keep things running smoothly, we kindly ask that you only bring in a urine sample if a member of our team has specifically requested one.
