To arrange an appointment via Accurx, please click the link above and choose the option “I want help for a medical issue” to fill in the form.
Important: We are not an emergency service. Please do not use this form in the event of an emergency. Instead, contact emergency services directly.
Online Consultation Service – response times
For non-urgent medical or administrative help, you can contact us using our online consultation tool. This service is open 8am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday.
When you submit an online request, it will be reviewed and our team will respond as soon as possible, but the time may depend on how busy we are and when you sent your request.
Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll contact you to explain what will happen next. Sometimes, we may let you know that your request has been assessed and that we’ll be in touch the following day with more details about how it will be managed.

NHS 111 for urgent advice, or your local Urgent Treatment Centre, or A&E / 999 in an emergency.
Home Visits
If you require a home visit because you are too ill to attend the surgery, please call before 10.15am.
Chaperones
If you would like a chaperone present during your consultation, please advise the receptionist when booking your appointment or when checking in.
You can also request a chaperone at any time during your consultation – please ask the Doctor or Nurse you are seeing.
Screening Appointment
These can be booked anytime, via accurx or by contacting our reception team.
Screening tests can detect a problem early, before you have any symptoms. Finding out about a problem early can mean that treatment is more effective.
