We would like to know as soon as you think that you are pregnant, although a reliable pregnancy test cannot be carried out until at least six weeks after the last period.
The Midwife will see you at regular intervals throughout your pregnancy. The Ante-natal clinics run on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and can be booked through reception. Post-natal appointments are arranged with the patient, by the Midwife.
We recommend that all women should have their immunity to rubella checked and this is something that the Midwife will discuss with you at your First Booking.
