We are also open on Saturday between 08:00 – 10:30 for dispensary and administration only.

You can now book routine appointments, with a GP or health professional, in the evening and on a Saturday in your local area. Pre-bookable appointments are available Monday-Friday, 6.30pm-8pm, Saturday 9:00am-5:00pm. To book your appointment contact the surgery during normal opening hours. Please be aware that the appointment may take place at another GP Practice in the area. If you need urgent medical advice when the surgery is closed, you should continue to call NHS 111

Non-urgent advice: Enhanced Access

Enhanced GP access service is accessible 7 days per week. This is separate to our Southwell Medical Centre opening ours (8am to 6pm). If you require an appointment please enquire with the reception team.

We can book appointments with doctors and nurses between 18:30 -20:00 in our extended access these appointment may not be here at the surgery you may be asked to travel to a different surgery for this service. These are offered throughout the week and then between the practices we all do 1 Saturday a month. All these are subject to availability.

We also offer morning appointments between 07:30 – 08:00 in the mornings at Southwell Medical Centre for certain clinicians.

Staff will have some access to your medical records and should be able to help you in the same way as the doctors here, but this is dependent upon your consent prior to booking the appointment.

Please note that this service is for BOOKED APPOINTMENTS ONLY.

Appointments outside of our opening hours will be advised on how to access the building through the side entrance when their appointment is booked.
