Our practice nurses are available by appointment to offer medical advice regarding travel and vaccinations where appropriate. Please telephone reception to book an appointment.
We offer a full travel and vaccination service, which is run by our Practice Nursing Team.
You will need to complete a travel advice questionnaire 4-6 weeks before the planned date of travel. This can either be completed online below or on request from reception.
Our nursing team will then advise you on any vaccinations you may need, and on other relevant travel health issues.
The travel clinics can be booked at reception.
Please book a travel appointment at least 4 weeks prior to your departure date. If you book later than this we will not be able to offer you the vaccinations you need, and you will be advised to attend a private travel clinic.
