Easter closures
The practice will be CLOSED on Friday 18 April and Monday 21 April for the Easter bank holidays.
If you need medical help while we are closed, you can contact NHS 111. If it is an emergency, call 999.
The practice is located in Sneinton, Nottingham and is part of the Nottingham City East Primary Care Network.
As of January 2023, Greendale Primary Care Centre is managed and operated by Nottingham City General Practice Alliance (NCGPA).
Greendale Primary Care Centre is an approved training practice, providing quality care to our patients and educational opportunities to healthcare professionals.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday: 8am to 6:30pm
Thursday: 7am – 6:30pm
Saturday and Sunday: Closed
