Repeat Prescriptions

Non-urgent advice: Please note

Patients may order prescriptions online, in writing or via the NHS app.

Please do not ask our reception staff to take orders over the telephone except in extreme circumstances. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes and thank you for your continued support.

Patients on repeat prescriptions are issued with an order slip which is attached to the prescription. Keep this slip, and when you next require any items from your prescription, tick the ones you need and pop it through our letterbox (under the window).

You can also now request most repeat prescriptions online via the link at the top of this page. Please click here for information about the system and how to register.

Some chemists are happy to collect and deliver prescriptions for you.

The prescription will be ready for collection in 2 working days, or can be returned by post if you supply a stamped addressed envelope.

If you do not have your repeat prescription slip, write your name, address, date of birth and a list of the required medication on a piece of paper and leave it either at reception or in our post box.

Please do not telephone repeat prescription requests to us.  Taking requests verbally can be unsafe due to potential errors.
