Non-attendance rate in December 2024

Last month, a staggering 55 hours of appointment time were wasted due to patients not attending their bookings. This is an increase of 16 hours compared to November 2024.

Our clinicians’ time is incredibly precious, and we are committed to providing all patients with the care they need and deserve. However, missed appointments prevent us from offering those slots to other patients who require medical attention.

We understand that unavoidable circumstances can sometimes lead to missed appointments. However, too often, appointments are missed without any explanation, leaving valuable time unused.

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact the surgery as soon as possible to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to reallocate the time to another patient in need. You can reach us via phone, email, or by visiting the surgery in person.
