To help us manage our phone lines and ensure quicker access to urgent medical advice for those who need it, we encourage patients to request fit notes online through our website whenever possible. This helps to free up our reception team to answer calls for more immediate medical needs. Of course, we understand that online access may not always be suitable, and we are always happy to take fit note requests over the phone. Simply call the surgery during opening hours.
