Doctor Appointments
The Doctors hold surgeries daily from:
– 8:30 am – 11:30 am
– 2:30 pm – 5:40 pm
Times may differ dependant on clinician. Plus extended hours from 6pm to 7pm on Mondays.

Nurse Appointments
Extended Hours from 7am on Wednesday and Thursday morning’s by booked appointment only.

Extra appointments are being provided in the evening and at weekends across Doncaster. Conisbrough Group Practice & Mayflower Medical Practice are the allocated hub sites for the South Primary Care Network. We can book you an appointment out of practice hours at a weekend or evening from reception – ask for further details.

These appointments are run by Primary Care Doncaster Limited and are offered from the following locations:
– Conisbrough Group Practice, Conisbrough, DN12 3JW
– Mayflower Medical Practice, Bawtry Health Centre, DN10 6RQ
– Same Day Health Centre, Town Centre, DN1 2DJ

We can book you an appointment out of practice hours at a weekend or evening from reception – ask for further details.
