Urgent appointments
To request an urgent appointment for the same day (Monday to Friday):
- If you require an URGENT appointment you will need to submit an accurx request form which will be reviewed by our triage team the same day.
- If you are unable to complete an online form you can visit or telephone the surgery during our open hours so our reception team can complete triage forms with you for submission to the triage team.
When you get in touch, our reception team has been told to ask what you need help with so they can best navigate your care.
The triage team will use the information you give us to choose the most suitable doctor, nurse, health professional or other service to help you.
For some acute illnesses, our team may suggest you visit a local pharmacy for care under the Pharmacy First scheme. Find out more about this service here.
