Are you Pre-Diabetic or currently living with Type 2 Diabetes? Would you like support to make lifestyle changes and boost your health and wellbeing through an NHS commissioned and accredited 10-week yoga programme in Ely on Friday mornings? The next course begins on Friday 25th April 2025 10:30am – 12:00pm.
