The surgery has 3 accessible parking spaces in the car park. There is a ramp and automatic doors into the practice. Within the building we have accessible bathrooms with changing facilities.

For general queries and non-urgent advice, please contact us by completing an online form. If you prefer to telephone us, please do this after 2 pm, where possible.

Out of Hours, Emergencies, & Extended Access

Between 6.30pm and 8.30am, Monday to Friday, all day at weekends and on Bank Holidays your call will be redirected to the NHS 111 service.
In a genuine emergency you should call 999 and ask for an ambulance.

Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute as an emergency.
This is a service open to our patients who want to be seen by a GP or nurse practitioner outside our normal working hours. These are appointments that are available at other GP Surgeries which are listed below:
– Hoveton & Wroxham Medical Practice – Stalham Road, Norwich, NR12 8DU
– Stalham and Staithe Surgery
– Ludham & Stalham Surgery/Acle Medical Centre
