Important Message – Appointment capacity

All book on the day appointments are released at 8.30am each day. We will no longer request that patients call back at 12noon to book an afternoon appointment. This applies to booking appointments at both Mattishall & Lenwade. All requests for appointments need to be booked into a 15 minute clinic slot – this applies whether it is a face to face or telephone appointment. When our clinics are full for the day there is no capacity to add in extra patients as extra telephone calls. Each patient needs to be assessed and treated in a safe manner with adequate time for the clinician to make safe decisions.
