To quell the recent rumours regarding Mattishall pharmacy – We are not planning to close.

Robotic Dispenser

We are planning the arrival of our dispensing robot. This is an exciting development for us at Mattishall Surgery and Pharmacy and will help us continue to improve our services.

To accommodate this transition, we will have a complete refit of the Dispensary/Pharmacy and shop premises. To avoid too much disruption we will provide temporary arrangements including a fully fitted dispensary unit.

There will inevitably have an impact on parking and possible restrictions, we are looking at ways we can manage this.

We will provide full details of all the arrangements nearer the time, however below is an overview of our plans;

  • Tuesday 3rd to Friday 6th October – arrival of temporary dispensing unit and transfer goods.
  • Monday 9th October – open with temporary arrangements during robot installation, details to be confirmed
  • Monday 16th October – Dispensary/Pharmacy and shop resume full service.
