Coming Soon! New Online Consultation System

Following your feedback on our current system, we are excited to announce that Fakenham Medical Practice will be launching a new online consultation system. The new system is called SystmConnect and further information can be found here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ghb7zfdPNl8

As part of this transition, current forms will be temporarily disabled after Wednesday 28th January, and re-enabled on Monday 3rd February, when the new system goes live. All appointment requests will be triaged through the new online system or via the voice note on Patient Partner. If you are unable to complete the form yourself, our Patient Coordinators will assist you.
