Josie Jones

Josie graduated from the University of Birmingham in 2012, with a 1st class degree in Social Policy, knowing she wanted to work within healthcare. After graduation, she completed a placement at Birmingham Children’s Hospital and then started her journey in primary care, moving to work at a large practice in Wisbech, before moving back to the midlands and joining an OHP practice as an administrator in 2014. Staying within OHP, Josie became an Assistant Practice Manager and then Practice Manager within our practices, before joining the central team in January 2022. She completed an MBA in Senior Leadership in 2023 and is passionate about strategic leadership and quality improvement. She supports the organisation with all aspects of CQC, governance, contracting, commissioning and clinical services development. Her spare time usually involves spending time with her friends and family, her pets or learning a new skill.
