From 6th May 2025, we will be introducing a new โ€˜total triageโ€™ system for booking all appointments at our practice. This means:

โœ”๏ธAll appointment requests and queries will be directed through our new online request form
โœ”๏ธ A GP will review your request within hours and decide on the most appropriate way to meet your needs
โœ”๏ธOur reception team will assist those without online access by completing the form over the phone or in person

โœ”๏ธ Provide the correct contact number on the form
โœ”๏ธ Once triaged, we will try to call you twice โ€“ please ensure youโ€™re available
โœ”๏ธ If we are unable to reach you after two attempts, a new online form will need to be submitted

Please note: There are certain conditions for which you do not need to fill in an online consultation form to see a clinician. You can self-refer to your local pharmacy.
