NHS Diabetes Prevention Programme: Healthier You

Posted on:

The NHS Diabetes Prevention Programme (NHS DPP), known as Healthier You, includes tailored support for women with a history of Gestational Diabetes Mellitus (GDM). This programme offers personalised assistance to help participants improve their diet, increase physical activity, and maintain a healthy weight. Women with a history of GDM can now self-refer to benefit from the Tailored Remote Service (TRS), which is specifically designed to address their needs and reduce the risk of developing Type 2 diabetes.
