Home visits
If you are too unwell to attend the surgery and require a home visit, please request it before 10:30. This way you are more likely to see your usual doctor and we can plan our day more efficiently.
The receptionist may ask you for directions and a few details of your condition so that the doctor can assess the urgency of your visit.
Please attend the surgery if you can. The doctors can see more patients and provide a more comprehensive service from the surgery.
If you require an immediate visit please make this clear to the receptionist.
