Repeat Prescriptions

Please allow 72 hours (or 3 full working days) for us to process your prescriptions don’t forget to take weekends and bank holidays into account.

You can request your repeat prescription in many ways:

  • the quickest and easiest way is by using the NHS app
  • our online services if you have registered for this
  • fill out a paper form at reception
  • by completing the online form below, please note only items on repeat will be issued.

We cant take prescription requests over the phone, except with your GP’s agreement

Your prescription will be sent to your preferred Pharmacy if we have a record of this, use the link below to find your local Pharmacy
