Order Repeat Prescriptions

We encourage all our patients to order repeat prescriptions using the NHS App (see the video). Please allow 5 working days for routine prescriptions.

We can send prescriptions to your nominated pharmacy electronically.

Other ways of ordering prescriptions

Community Pharmacy: Ask your local pharmacy about their collection and delivery services. They can also request prescriptions for you.
Processing Time: within 2 full working days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Urgent Prescriptions: Request repeat medication in advance, call the practice at 020 8346 1976..

How to ask a question about your medications?

NHS App: When you order your repeat prescription on the NHS App, You can ask question on the free text field on the app

Alternatively : If you have questions about your medication, your local pharmacists can answer your questions on prescription and over-the-counter medicines.

Picking up your prescriptions from your chosen pharmacy

Prescriptions: All prescriptions are sent electronically to the pharmacy you choose.
Choose Your Pharmacy: Use the NHS App to pick your pharmacy, or let us know which one you want.
