There is a ‘Pay & Display’ Car Park at the Practice managed by Euro Car Parks Ltd. with whom any queries should be raised. Parking in the car park is entirely at your risk.
Paying using your smart phone
You can download the RingGo: Mobile Car Parking App and search for location number “32502”. There is a 20p charged by Ringo for using their services but this may be quicker and more convenient for those using their credit or debit card.
Disabled badge holders can park in the designated disabled bays for free when they visit the surgery. Please show your disabled badge to the receptionists on the ground floor so you can be registered. If you fail to register your badge with reception you will get a parking ticket.
Be aware of fraudsters
You are advised to watch our for bogus parking attendants or fraudsters tampering with machines. If your card gets swallowed by the machine, this means the machine was likely tampered with and you should call your bank immediately. Never share your PIN with anyone offering to help you. If your card is swallowed, do not insert another card. Instead, walk away from the machine and any attendant near you. Report the incident to EuroCar Parks immediately.
