Requests for repeat prescriptions can be made in the following ways:
- You may register for our online services and order via the link at the top of this page
- You may drop your request in to the surgery
- You may post your request to us with a self addressed stamped envelope for us to return it to you
- You can make an arrangement with a local chemist for it to be collected by them on your behalf.
We do not accept requests for prescriptions over the phone.
We require 48 hours notice for request of prescriptions.
Medication Reviews
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.
Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
