- Because we are fortunate at the Kingfisher Practice that many of the Staff – Doctor’s Nurse’s, Assistant’s and Receptionists are exceptional professional Practitioner’s in their respective capacities. In my experience of being a patient at this practice I have received exemplary care delivered in a respectful manner to which my family and I have received with the utmost gratitude especially when one has experienced loss and grief of a loved one when you feel particularly vulnerable. Considering the pressures that the National Health Service and General Practice is continually facing over the last 45 years they still uphold the Principles that the National Health Service was built and created for. Basically Dr Shah Dr Tina Dr Dehal, Dr Brar and All the GP’s at Kingfisher Practice actually care, ae good at their jobs, and continue to make a difference for humanity. THANK YOU.
- The surgery is very professionally run. Nobody can add any suggestions!! I wish I was there patient years ago. No surgery has such high standards & Doctors & staff are all excellent and exceptional. God bless them all. We need their standards and dedication right across the country. Kingfisher surgery is beacon of light.
- Dr Dehal is very caring, helpful and makes you feel at ease no matter what the issue.
- Shout out to everyone at Kingfisher practice – every member of staff I’ve come in to contact with has been fantastic. I can’t say enough about how wonderful this practice is.
- Reuben and Dr Dehal are just amazing couldn’t want any more from them – so professional, gets to the point and friendly, I never want to leave kingfisher as a practice.
- My GP was very quick to refer me to physio/ pick up medication and follow up my problem after my A&E visit. Really amazed at how fast everything was sorted so speedily as well as the appointment I got within the week at West Mid Physio dept.
- I really appreciate what prompt care you provide for my 100 year old mother. It makes such a difference when we’re worried about her.
- I was completely able to talk to the doctor and know that my feelings were taken seriously. She never rushes and is very sympathetic and calming in her attitude. But also very friendly and I often feel so much better after seeing her. I have noticed that appointments can be made quicker recently. All the staff I have come across are friendly and efficient.
- Friendly and professional staff and on time appointment. Excellent service.
- I just feel that the practice takes very good care of my health.
- The answers I received were what I was expecting to hear. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, very efficient. I had to book a blood test following my GP appointment and this happened very smoothly.
- I have always been able to get an appointment with a nurse or doctor when needed.
- Doctor Dehal was excellent. Listened, understood immediately the issues and even rang a pharmacy to check if an item was available. I am so pleased he is my GP.
- Thank you so much Dr Da Silva. Your thoroughness and referral much appreciated.
- Was given an immediate appointment. Receptionist was kind and helpful. The doctor was thorough and reassuring.
- The receptionist was friendly at check in despite him having to deal with a number of us waiting in the queue.
- My GP was patient and listened to my questions taking time to explain recent blood test results in an easy to understand way.
- My appointment was at 9.15 and I had arrived & checked in early by 9.00. Unfortunately, I was not seen until 9.40.However, I can’t understand why there would be a delay or even a backlog so early on in the day when the surgery was practically empty when I had arrived. I’ve only recently moved to this surgery in the hope that there are punctual appointments. So let’s see. Waiting area for Kingfisher appointments need to be clearly sign posted for new people to the surgery.
Response: We understand that waiting 25 minutes for an appointment may be frustrating, and we apologise for any inconvenience cause. Although please note that while we strive to keep scheduled appointment times, unforeseen circumstances can arise at any point in the day, even at the start of the day. General Practice involves dealing with a wide range of patient needs, including urgent or complex cases that may require immediate attention. These situations are not always visible to those in the waiting room. Furthermore, as GPs work from different rooms, you can sit anywhere in the waiting room.
