Making an Appointment
We offer a range of appointment types with a qualified healthcare professional to suit the needs of our patients. You can either call the practice on 020 8429 9595 or book on-line or it can be done in person. Please contact the reception team if you want more information on the types of appointment or the booking process e.g. online appointments, On-the-day, 48 hours in advance, 2 weeks in advance.
Please note the phone lines open from 08:00 am to 06:30 pm
Mondays to Fridays except on Public Holidays.

Non-urgent advice: We are now offering online appointments, as well as a repeat prescription requests.
To get your log-in details please come in person to the surgery and speak with a member of staff. For any further information or assistance please contact the surgery and speak to one of our reception team.
Patient Access
Failure to attend appointments (DNAs)
Failure to attend appointments is often called a Did not attend (DNA).
Not attending appointments is a waste of NHS resources.
Repeat non-attendees will receive a letter of caution and may result in being removed from the practice list.
Non-urgent advice:Help us to help our patients
We ask that patients inform us with as much notice as possible if they are no longer able to attend their appointment.
Please give us as much notice as possible. This is to allow the appointment to be used by another patient in need.
